Advanced Course in Facial Harmonisation

With this course, the Dental Surgeon will be empowered to confidently plan and execute Facial Harmonisation treatments for adult patients seeking improved self-esteem, softening the signs of premature aging and eliminating expression lines arising from factors associated with systemic health.

Course Details

1- The focus is to expand the knowledge of health professionals, enhancing their performance in the principles of diagnosis, indication, and execution of treatments in Facial Harmonisation;
2- Enable students to perform treatments associated with facial harmonisation within the principles of visagism and balance of the facial thirds;
3- Enable students to perform compensatory treatments of soft tissues to improve facial asymmetries;
4- Guide students on the indications and limitations of Facial Harmonisation;
5- Equip students to manage treatments and care for complications associated with the procedures;
6- Empower students to perform preventive treatments in Facial Harmonisation.

DAY 1

  • Advanced Facial Anatomy;
  • Calcium Hydroxyapatite-based Biostimulants;
  • Poly-L-lactic Acid-based Biostimulants;
  • PDO Support Threads: Smooth, Barbed, Technological Threads.

DAY 2

  • Clinical practice with Model Patients using Biostimulants;
  • Clinical practice with Model Patients using Support Threads.

At the end of the training, participants are entitled to a Training Certificate in accordance with Regulatory Decree No. 35/2002, as well as certification recognised and issued by SIGO, a governmental entity, as stipulated in Decree-Law No. 14/2017, of 26 January.

Our training, and consequently our certificates, also comply with the requirements of the Labour Code, Law No. 93/2019, of 4 September, which establishes the obligation for continuous training in companies, stipulating a minimum duration of 40 hours annually per worker.
