Immersion in All-on-4

Why All-on-4?
The All-on-4 technique enables the full rehabilitation of edentulous arches using only four strategically positioned implants, relying on bone anchorage in specific anatomical areas and often avoiding the need for bone grafting. This innovative protocol has revolutionised the traditional paradigm of oral rehabilitation:

✔ Reduced treatment time and less surgical invasiveness;
✔ Immediate loading, with delivery of a fixed prosthesis on the very same day;
✔ High long-term clinical success rate;
✔ Significant improvement in patients’ quality of life.

Course Details

  • Comprehensive clinical training in the application of the All-on-4 technique, from theoretical foundations to surgical and prosthetic practice, with emphasis on full-arch rehabilitation with immediate loading.
  • Learning from leading specialists, promoting technical excellence, safety, and confidence in the application of the All-on-4 protocol.
  • Mastery of the most profitable technique in Implantology, with a clear understanding of its clinical impact and economic potential in daily practice.
  • Intensive hands-on training on high-fidelity models, developing dexterity, precision, and safety in performing procedures.
  • Structured understanding of surgical and prosthetic protocols, facilitating more assertive clinical decision-making and predictable outcomes.

Specific Objectives of the Immersion

By the end of the course, participants will be able to:

  • Understand the biological and clinical principles of the All-on-4 technique, including the fundamentals of immediate loading in full-arch rehabilitations.
  • Plan clinical cases safely, identifying indications, limitations, and patient selection criteria for the All-on-4 protocol.
  • Perform the surgical technique on realistic models, mastering all operative steps, implant positioning, and drilling techniques.
  • Apply the prosthetic protocol for immediate loading, understanding clinical timings, prosthesis types, and appropriate occlusal strategies.
  • Identify and manage complications and intraoperative events, based on scientific evidence and practical clinical experience.
  • Integrate theory and practice with safety and predictability, ensuring consistent functional and aesthetic outcomes in full-arch rehabilitations.
  • Enhance clinical practice by offering advanced, efficient, and highly sought-after treatments, with a focus on profitability and professional excellence.
